Vologda Governor Escalates Fight With Liquor Store Giant Krasnoe & Beloe

The national liquor store chain Krasnoe & Beloe is closing all of its stores in the northwestern Vologda region, the local governor claimed Monday, only for the company to deny the move hours later.
