PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A tsunami advisory was issued Thursday afternoon for Alaska following a 7.8-magnitude earthquake off the east coast of Russia.
As of 1:03 p.m. there’s no tsunami advisory or warning for Washington, California, or Oregon.
